If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form and the contact data you provide there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

In order to provide payable services, we request additional data, such as payment details, in order to process your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

As the operator, we do not receive any information about the (bank) account or credit card, but only information to confirm (accept) or reject the payment. Under certain circumstances, the data may be transmitted by the payment service providers to credit agencies. The purpose of this transmission is to check identity and creditworthiness.
